Available for parties of 1-6, the Classic Wine Tasting provides the ultimate relaxing experience overlooking our vineyards, gardens, and fountains, with a tasting flight of four award-winning wines, it is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the summertime.
Want to beat the heat? Enjoy our Enjoy our Reserve Wine Tasting in the Enoteca located in Ferrari-Carano’s cool, underground cellars beneath Villa Fiore. Featuring a flight of five Ferrari-Carano limited-production, reserve wines and guided by an estate ambassador, the Enoteca makes for a true escape.
Relax and unwind with Ferrari-Carano’s new Fontana Pergola Wine Tasting
Delight your senses underneath Ferrari-Carano’s wine-club-member-exclusive Fontana Pergolas. Embrace serenity and enjoy a tasting in the cool shade in a never-before accessible area of the property. This seated, hosted tasting highlights five Ferrari-Carano vineyard-designated wines with options to enhance your experience, including a curated charcuterie board by Estate Chef Tim Vallery featuring locally-sourced artisan cheeses, charcuterie selections, nuts, dried fruit, and crackers just for you!
Sunday Wine & Brunch with Ferrari-Carano
You can never go wrong with Sunday Brunch, especially with Ferrari-Carano. Experience an Italian twist on brunch with us! Enjoy breathtaking views overlooking our gardens and stunning estate while you sip on a delicious flight full of our reserve wines, with a seasonal, Italian-inspired menu featuring dishes prepared with ingredients from our estate gardens.
Reservations are required for all wine tastings and can be made here, but before you wrap up your summer afternoon at Ferrari-Carano, be sure to take a stroll through our famed estate gardens that include the culinary gardens where we grow many of our own ingredients.

When you’re spending time with friends in the summertime, simple menus with little planning are the way to go. Some of our favorite items to pack in our coolers and picnic baskets are honeydew melon, prosciutto, and ‘poppable’ white cheddar gougères served alongside two of our summertime favorites: the 2021 Dry Sangiovese Rosé and the 2019 Chardonnay. Fragrant strawberry notes in our rosé pair exceptionally well with juicy honeydew melon and salty prosciutto, and our Chardonnay will make the white cheddar gougères pop even more! Better yet, both of these bottles feature stelvin closures, aka ‘screw caps,’ so there’s no need to remember a wine opener for this year’s Fourth of July and other summer celebrations – just one less item to worry about when packing your bags.
